EVHERO is a product of true passion for electric cars, the way they perform, and how they make our world a better place to live in. We believe in Electric Cars for all, not just the wealthy, and this can happen if the pre-loved market is priced accordingly and vehicles are delivered to a high standard. As an electric and hybrid specialist we’ve made electric our business and our lives, and we believe in passing on that passion. We know that electric cars make a positive difference to the environment we all live in, and want our customers to save money in the same breath. We had the idea over two years ago to make the purchasing of pre-loved EV’s and Hybrids a fun and enjoyable experience. It took a while, but, now our pleasure is to be in a position to offer this service to you, and we will strive to make your experience with us a fun, enjoyable and pleasant one.
A recent study at Belgium’s VUB university calculated the total life emissions of an electric car, including its manufacture, battery manufacture and all of it’s energy consumption and discovered the electric car emits 50% less greenhouse gas than diesel. What a start to making a change, hit the switch and go Electric.
FROM VZERO TO EVHERO AND WHY?
Unfortunately we’ve had to change our name from VZERO to EVHERO and we’d like to make it clear why we had to make this difficult change. A well known global tyre manufacturer challenged our use of the word ‘ZERO’ in our branding and as much as we liked it we thought it prudent to change now and grow our business under this new mark rather than being forced to make that transition further down the road.
Nothing about this business has changed apart from the name, our company number and all official and legal components of our business remain exactly as they were under the name ‘VZERO’.

Driving electric doesn’t only make environmental sense, it makes financial sense too, with government and local councils setting ever more stringent targets for low emissions, traditional Diesel and Petrol vehicles will become more expensive to run whilst low emissions vehicles benefit from tax breaks and lower running costs.
YOU'LL BE SHOCKED HOW GOOD THEY ARE!
100% electric and plug-in hybrid cars are at the leading-edge of automotive technology and have been for the last 5 years. Many of the latest models of fully electric cars have a range of between 70-300 miles on one charge. Plug-in hybrids (PHEVs) use petrol or diesel engines alongside the electric motor, they have a shorter electric range of 20-25 miles but you can swap to traditional fuel and enjoy the same range of a traditional vehicle. They’re really exciting to drive… Not many traditionally fuelled can measure up to the instant performance provided by electric motors, 100% of the power and torque is delivered instantly allowing the driver better intuitive control whilst driving.
